The Results
The goal is to develop a high degree of abdominal strength, full body control, greater flexibility of the spine and most important total body awareness. Sessions are tailored to both strengths and weaknesses. The stress free nature of these exercises helps achieve a sense of focus and discipline which benefits the mind. With patience, discipline and practice the results and rewards are many, a body which is elegant, streamlined, stronger and more efficient.

Pilates for all activities
Pilates is being added to training programs of many top performing athletes in all sports to enhance their athletic performance and also increase the longevity of their careers. Traditional methods of training tend to produce short and bulky muscles which are prone to injuries. The Moretti Method to Pilates emphasizes strength and flexibility combined with flowing movements requiring the use of multiple muscles groups simultaneously to correct and avoid muscular imbalances which many activities put into our bodies. All sports and all activities, from the hockey player, horseback rider to the musician or teacher everyone and anyone can benefit from this form of exercise. Pilates is not just a trend but a program of exercise techniques that has proven to give results.
